It’s the season for tomatoes and chilis here at Hedlin’s Family Farm so we thought we’d share a super simple fresh salsa recipe. Serve this with chips, fish tacos, or over your eggs in the morning!
½ lb tomatoes*, finely chopped
½ red or sweet onion*, finely chopped
¼-½ jalapeño* or ají limon*, seeded and minced, to taste (remember: the ají is HOT!)
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
salt, to taste
lime juice, to taste
Stir all ingredients together and serve.
